Two Instalco companies to carry out installations in new police station in Rinkeby

The Instalco subsidiaries Rörgruppen and Ohmegi Elektro have been entrusted to participate in the construction of a new police station in Rinkeby in northern Stockholm. Rörgruppen’s heating and plumbing installations and Ohmegis electrical work are carried out under a subcontract for NCC, with Familjebostäder as customer. The total order value for Rörgruppen and Ohmegi amounts to approximately SEK 55 million.

The assignment comprises the rebuilding of an existing residential property and an extension with a total area of approximately 14,500 square meters. The property will to a large extent be reconstructed internally and externally, and the layout will be changed from apartments to offices. The work will be initiated during the autumn of 2017.
