Instalco’s subsidiary LG Contracting acquires Gothenburg-based company SwedVVS

LG Contracting wants to expand in the Gothenburg area and through the acquisition a platform to build on is created. SwedVVS is a plumbing company in Gothenburg with 17 employees. Instalco and LG Contracting welcome SwedVVS to the group.

“For some time we have been looking for a suitable plumbing and heating company in the Gothenburg region, and believe that this solution with LG acquiring SwedVVS creates a good foundation in Gothenburg. Gothenburg continues to grow and we have a positive view on the region”, says Per Sjöstrand, CEO of Instalco.

“We are very happy that SwedVVS joing LG Contracting. Together with our latest recruitments of Ulf Johansson and Urban Kalin, we will create a strong and solid team in Gothenburg”, says Klas Larsson, CEO of LG Contracting.

SwedVVS was founded by Tony Holm who will remain in the company and also become part-owner in Instalco.
