The Annual General Meeting of Instalco will be held on 5 May 2026 in Stockholm. 
 
Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting must submit a written proposal to mathilda.eriksson@instalco.se, or to Instalco AB (publ), Attn: "AGM", Sveavägen 56 C, SE-111 34 Stockholm, no later than seven weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting to ensure that the matter can be included in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. Further information on how and when registration will take place will be published before the Annual General Meeting.
