Fabri strengthens its position with two new acquisitions

Instalco’s German platform, Fabri, continued its development during the fourth quarter with two new acquisitions. The companies have a combined turnover of approximately EUR 12.4 million and 75 employees. Following the additions, Fabri now comprises 22 companies across Germany.

The new members of the platform are Elektro Henseler GmbH in Swisttal, strengthening Fabri’s electrical operations in the Cologne region, and THIELE Heizung und Sanitär GmbH & Co. KG in Gießen, adding further depth within HVAC in the Frankfurt am Main area.

Both companies are well-established in their local markets, with experienced leadership and stable order situations. They contribute to Fabri's strategy, which always focuses on regional solutions with strong local entrepreneurs.
