Instalco acquires Alf Näslunds Eltjänst AB and becomes multidisciplinary in Örnsköldsvik

Instalco acquires Alf Näslunds Eltjänst AB in Örnsköldsvik. Through the acquisition, Instalco becomes multidisciplinary in the region.

Alf Näslunds Eltjänst AB was founded in 1995 and has been owned and operated by Anders Näslund since 2010. The company has around 30 employees and an annual turnover of around SEK 55 million. The business covers all types of electrical installations for companies, the public sector and industry.

“The market in and around Örnsköldsvik is showing positive signs with major upcoming investments, which makes Alf Näslunds Eltjänst a strategically important addition for Instalco's continued growth in the region. Through the acquisition, we strengthen our position and can offer our customers an even broader and more complete range of services,” says Johan Larsson, division manager Instalco.

Instalco already has operations in Örnsköldsvik in ventilation and plumbing through Inlands Luft, Keyvent and Melins Plåtslageri.

“We have already worked together with Instalco's company in Örnsköldsvik and have seen that we share the same view on quality, customer focus and business. Becoming part of Instalco now feels like a natural step to develop the company further in a long-term and sustainable way,” says Anders Näslund, CEO of Alf Näslunds Eltjänst AB.

Instalco acquires 100 percent of the shares in Alf Näslunds Eltjänst AB as of 24 March 2025.
