Instalco involved in modernisation of residential block in Östersund

Three Instalco subsidiaries have signed an agreement with NCC for work to modernise Häradsskrivaren, a block of residential buildings in Östersund. The assignment includes electrical, heating & plumbing and ventilation installations, with a total order value of approximately SEK 36 million. The client is NCC, on behalf of Östersundshem.

The Instalco companies RP Montage & Energipartner (heating & plumbing), Ovab Optimal Ventilation (ventilation) and TC Kraft (electrical) will carry out the projects, which comprises the renovation of 128 apartments. The renovations involve replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, electrical installations and ventilation systems as well as new heating distribution lines in the basement.

The project will get underway during the first quarter of 2026, with expected completion during autumn 2027.
