New collaboration for Instalco in Örnsköldsvik

Two Instalco companies have secured a contract to deliver technical installations for the construction of a new nursing home in Örnsköldsvik. The total order value of this project for Instalco is approximately SEK 45 million.

The Instalco subsidiaries Alf Näslunds Eltjänst and Inlands Luft have been contracted by Rekab Entreprenad for the installation work associated with construction of Kusthöjden nursing home in Örnsköldsvik. The scope of the assignment includes the electrical, heating, plumbing and ventilation systems, as well as control systems and automation.

As contractor for the electrical installations, Alf Näslunds Eltjänst will be responsible for installations relating to power, lighting, security systems, data, backup power and other electrical systems.

The project is part of Örnsköldsvik municipality’s long-term investment programme to modernise and ensure sustainable care environments. The new facility will offer care services for around 55 residents. The project will get underway during spring 2026 and it is expected to be completed towards the end of 2027. The goal is to certify the project as a Sustainable Instalco Project.
