Three new company acquisitions in Germany

Instalco's platform in Germany, Fabri, is growing. During the third quarter, Fabri acquired three additional installation companies with a combined turnover of approximately EUR 18.7 million and a total of 100 employees. Fabri currently consists of 20 companies across Germany.

The three newly acquired companies are the plumbing company Adolf Kindler GmbH in Gärtringen outside Stuttgart in southern Germany, the more than 100-year-old electrical company Geuppert Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co.KG Hofheim north of Nuremberg, and the electrical company I&H Elektrotechnik-Meisterbetrieb in Wermelkirschen outside Cologne.
