We have a clear acquisition strategy, and our ambition is to grow to become one of the largest installation companies in the Nordics. The group has a decentralised structure in the sense that the business is conducted at each unit in close relation to the customer and with the support of a small central organisation. To encourage a strong entrepreneurial spirit, our units retain their local identity. The units are highly specialised in a method or technology, and through collaboration and sharing of best practice we can always offer the customer competitive and adapted solutions, while at the same time achieving coordination benefits. Cooperation, mature leadership and efficient processes are key in Instalco’s operations.
Mid-size segment of the market
Instalco is mainly focusing on mid-size projects. Approximately 80% of our revenues are currently attributable from this segment. The strategic choice of segment makes us avoid risks associated with large projects, while also limiting the number of small customers. The market strategy provides lower risk and larger possibilities to grow.
Instalco operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland, where we mainly focus on metropolitan regions with higher growth rates than the general market. These markets are characterised by housing shortages and an ageing property portfolio with large investment needs, which is beneficial to our business. Increased energy use regulation and an increased complexity in buildings and installation services are also factors that have a positive impact on the installation market.
