Fabri completed one acquisition during the second quarter

Instalco's German platform Fabri continued its development during the second quarter by acquiring the electrical installation company EEAtec GmbH in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate at the end of June. After the end of the quarter, Instalco announced that it will become the majority owner of Fabri, which today consists of 23 companies with around 800 employees across Germany.

EEAtec has 67 employees and offers services including energy management, building automation, fire alarm, security and network systems.

The company also has extensive experience from technically advanced projects for military properties in southern Germany. EEAtec will continue to be managed by its existing leadership team, in line with Fabri's decentralised business model.

After the end of the quarter, Instalco announced the acquisition of an additional 27 percent of the shares in Fabri, becoming the majority owner. Today, Fabri consists of 23 companies with around 800 employees across Germany.
