Instalco acquires PeMi Ventilation & Montage

Instalco is growing in the area of ventilation solutions with the acquisition of PeMi Ventilation & Montage AB. The company is domiciled in Orsa and it offers ventilation services to industries, construction companies and private individuals.

Founded in 1992, it has 13 employees and sales for the most recent financial year were SEK 38 million. PeMi is active throughout Sweden, although most of its customers are located in the regions of Dalarna and the Swedish mountain area.

“PeMi is a solid, well-known brand in Dalarna and with this acquisition, we strengthen our offering of ventilation solutions in the region. We will also benefit from their focus on industry, which is a strong and growing discipline for Instalco,” says Johan Larsson, Business Area Manager for Instalco North.

The company’s customers are primarily companies, municipalities & county councils, industries, construction companies, laboratory companies, schools and nursing homes.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in PeMi Ventilation & Montage AB as of 7 September 2021.
