Instalco awarded new assignment by NCC in central Stockholm

The Instalco company Rörgruppen has signed an agreement with NCC regarding heating and plumbing installations in a renovation project in central Stockholm. The order value for Instalco is approximately SEK 100 million.

NCC has the overall assignment to renovate and improve accessibility in a block in central Stockholm. The building is of cultural and historical significance, placing particular demands on craftsmanship, precision and respect for the original architectural heritage. The Instalco company Rörgruppen is participating as a subcontractor with responsibility for the heating and plumbing installations.

The renovation has commenced and is expected to be completed in 2029.
