Instalco company signs framework agreement with Region Blekinge

Instalco’s subsidiary Inmatiq has signed a framework agreement with Region Blekinge for building automation services. Under the framework agreement, Inmatiq will provide automation solutions primarily for hospitals and healthcare centres in Blekinge.

The agreement runs for two years, with an option to extend it for a further two years. The estimated contract value for Instalco is approximately SEK 30 million over the contract period.

Region Blekinge manages approximately 275,000 square metres of properties, primarily hospitals and healthcare centres. Inmatiq’s assignment includes development, refurbishment, programming, commissioning, modernisation and technical management of automation systems to ensure reliable and energy-efficient building operations.
