Instalco is growing in the service area

Instalco is acquiring Installationsservice Nicklas Eriksson AB, and thereby growing in the service area. With its head office in Eskilstuna, it is a contractor and service company for technical installations at properties.

For the most recent financial year it reported sales of approximately SEK 59 million. The company offers installation and service primarily to commercial properties and industries.

“Installationsservice is an extremely well-run company that is an excellent fit with the Instalco Group, given its profile and expertise. With this acquisition, we widen our range of services in the region of Mälardalen and strengthen our offering in the Industrial area,” says Peter Hjerpe, Business Area Manager for Instalco East.

Installationsservice has its head office in Eskilstuna, with branch offices in both Västerås and Stockholm. In total, the company has 30 employees.

Being a part of Instalco will open up opportunities for gaining new customers and projects, at the same time that it enables us to share our knowledge and customer base,” says Nicklas Eriksson, CEO at Installationsservice.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Installationsservice Nicklas Eriksson AB as of 8 September 2021.
