Instalco signs contract for heating and plumbing installations in a logistics project at Drammen
The Instalco subsidiary, Vito Teknisk Entreprenør AS has signed a contract for heating and plumbing installations in a logistics project at the Port of Drammen in Norway. The project involves the construction of a new vehicle processing centre, along with an administratiive building and a parking garage. The order value of the project for Instalco is approximately NOK 40 million.
Instalco will be responsible for the installation of the heating, plumbing, compressed air and sprinkler systems, with a focus on robust and energy-efficient solutions. The project is called Holmen 27 and the developer is Bertel O. Steen Eiendom in collaboration with Wallenius Wilhelmsen Inland Services, and is part of the effort to strengthen the Port of Drammen as a key logistics hub in the region.

The facility large and technically advanced, covering more than 50,000 sq m. The project also has very high sustainability targets, with the aim of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification and energy class A.
Construction is set to begin in spring 2026 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
