Instalco signs framework agreement with Stångåstaden

The Instalco subsidiary, Vallacom AB has signed a framework agreement with the municipal property management company, AB Stångåstaden in Linköping. Under the framework agreement, Vallacom AB and another supplier will install a new data network across Stångastaden’s residential and commercial property portfolio. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods.

“Vallacom has carried out installation work at Stångastaden’s properties for more than 25 years, and we currently have an ongoing collaboration through a framework agreement covering the telecom infrastructure and EV charging. We are delighted and proud to expand our collaboration through the new framework agreement for the data network, and we look forward to further strengthening the long-standing partnership between Vallacom and Stångåstaden,” says Håkan Silvén, CEO at Vallacom AB.

Stångåstaden plans to modernize its fibre network through a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade, including commissioning work and security and electrical upgrades at all apartments and commercial premises. The investment is estimated at SEK 200 million over four years and will provide all residential and commercial tenants with a modern and secure network.
