Instalco signs framework agreement with VAROPreem

The Instalco subsidiary, Enter Ställningar AB has signed a framework agreement with VAROPreem Sverige AB. VAROPreem is a major European energy company, and Enter Ställningar has been engaged to deliver industrial scaffolding to all of its facilities in Sweden. The framework agreement extends between 2026-2029.

“This is one of Sweden's largest maintenance contracts within scaffolding. We are confident and enthusiastic about delivering in line with VAROPreem’s requirements,” says Lembit Laks, CEO of Enter Ställningar.

The agreement with VAROPreem covers all industrial scaffolding for the petrochemical complex and its infrastructure, extending through to the client’s final product. The framework agreement is valid from 2026-2029, after which VAROPreem has an option to extend +1 +1 year.

“During the tendering process, we maintained close contact and a constructive dialogue with VAROPreem, enabling us to submit a well-informed bid with proactive solutions that create value for both parties,” says Lembit Laks.

VAROPreem is a major European energy company formed in January 2026, through the acquisition of Swedish refiner Preem by VARO Energy, a Swiss company. The Instalco subsidiary, Enter Ställningar has a full service offering in construction and industrial scaffolding throughout Sweden. The company’s offering includes drawings, calculations, assembly and leasing of scaffolding.
