The Instalco Club

Instalco should offer its employees a stimulating work environment. With the aim of stimulating and rewarding activities that create social community and health for the employees, we run the Instalco Club, which is an internal personnel fund for staff-driven activities.

The basis of the popular Instalco Club is that there must be activities that are initiated and carried out by the employees and that everyone in the respective subsidiary should have the possibility to participate in. The activities can be of a social, cultural, or physical nature and are determined by the person or persons applying for a grant from the fund.
