Instalco is expanding its offering in the Industrial area via the acquisition of MRM Mining AB and EPS Sweden AB in Gällivare. MRM Mining AB offers services to the mining industry and EPS Sweden AB offers technical maintenance work in the Arctic region.
In accordance with the principles adopted by the general meeting in Instalco AB held on 6 May 2021, the Nomination Committee shall be comprised of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and three members appointed by the three shareholders with the largest number of votes in the company. If either of the shareholders with the largest number of votes waives their right to appoint a member, the shareholder with the next largest shareholding shall be offered the opportunity to appoint a member.

The Instalco companies, Elektro-Centralen and Tingstad Rörinstallationer have won a joint assignment for the electrical and heating & plumbing installations in conjunction with the construction of Sweden’s new electromobility test center in Gothenburg: Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory (SEEL).

Instalco is acquiring Sydsvenska Elanläggningar SSE AB and thereby growing in the area of electrical power. The company has its head office in Blomstermåla, which is in the region of Småland, Sweden and it has annual sales of approximately SEK 100 million.
Instalco and Wayout International will begin collaborating on a project to increase access to clean water in vulnerable areas of the world. Swedish Wayout is developing microfactories for local water purification that can then be used as drinking water.
Instalco is acquiring Installationsservice Nicklas Eriksson AB, and thereby growing in the service area. With its head office in Eskilstuna, it is a contractor and service company for technical installations at properties.
Instalco is growing in the area of ventilation solutions with the acquisition of PeMi Ventilation & Montage AB. The company is domiciled in Orsa and it offers ventilation services to industries, construction companies and private individuals.
Instalco has acquired App Start-Up AB and with that, the company expands its business in the energy sector. App Start-Up is a consulting company focused on the energy sector, specialized in project management and the commissioning of energy plants.

Instalco is acquiring Klimateknikk Oslo AS and thereby growing its ventilation business in Norway. For the 2020 financial year, sales were approximately SEK 40 million.
The Instalco companies, Rörgruppen and Ohmegi, have been contracted by NCC and Region Stockholm to participate in expansion of the Högdalen metro depot, located in southern Stockholm. The work involves design and installation of both the electrical and heating & plumbing solutions as part of a partnering project with a total order value of approximately SEK 150 million.
Instalco is acquiring Nihlén Elmontage AB in Gothenburg, thereby establishing the business in the area of installation of street lighting. The company’s sales for the financial year were approximately SEK 83 million.
Instalco’s subsidiary for technical consulting, Intec, continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions. Intec is now acquiring the project management company, PlanProj AB in Norrköping, thereby adding additional project and construction management talent along with expertise in installation coordination to the company. Intec now has around 200 technical consultants and is represented at 16 locations in Sweden.
