Instalco adds to its ventilation expertise in Stockholm (1)

Instalco is acquiring Stockholm Luftkompetens AB, thereby adding to its ventilation expertise that serves the Stockholm region. The company's main focus is installation and production of ventilation systems for property owners and companies.

Stockholm Luftkompetens was set up in 2015 and the company currently has around 20 employees. For the 2020 business year, sales were SEK 78 million.

“Stockholm Luftkompens is a company that has a very strong entrepreneurial spirit, and it has enjoyed robust growth in recent years. It also has an excellent service offering, which is in line with Instalco's growth strategy,” says Tobias Eriksson, Business Area Manager for Instalco Stockholm.

Services that the company offers are primarily installation of ventilation systems, adaptations to renovated facilities and new installation. It also performs mandatory ventilation inspections, airflow adjustments, maintenance, cleaning of air ducts, along with setting up ongoing service agreements with customers.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Stockholm Luftkompetens AB as 22 February 2021.
