Instalco establishes a new company – TateGO launches operations in Tampere

Instalco is establishing a new company in Finland, TateGo Oy, which provides building services engineering solutions ranging from individual contracts to demanding turnkey projects. TateGO strengthens Instalco’s presence in the Pirkanmaa region.

TateGO specializes in HVAC contracting, design-build (DB) projects and pipe renovation. The new company represents a milestone for Instalco Finland, as TateGO is its first subsidiary with an office located in the Pirkanmaa region.

“We have wanted to be closer to our customers in the Pirkanmaa region for a long time. Now that becomes a reality: from the beginning of August, we will serve the Tampere region with building services engineering solutions, starting with HVAC services. Our goal is to grow in the region over the long term and build strong local customer relationships,” comments Jukka-Pekka Kujala, Country Manager of Instalco Finland.

20 years of experience
Mikko Korhonen has been appointed Managing Director of TateGO Oy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in building services engineering contracting, project management, and business development. Throughout his career, he has led complex construction and MEP projects, driven business growth and developed organizations. His experience covers both new construction and renovation projects, as well as technically demanding sites.

“During my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from smaller contracts to large-scale and technically demanding developments. My experience has taught me that a successful project is built above all on careful preparation, open collaboration, and delivering on commitments. These principles are also the foundation on which TateGO has been built,” says Mikko Korhonen, Managing Director of TateGO.

TateGO was established as part of Instalco as a deliberate strategic decision. Korhonen believes that Instalco provides a strong foundation for building the new business.

“It enables long-term development, a stable operating environment, and access to an extensive network of expertise from day one. At the same time, we can focus on what matters most – the successful delivery of our customers’ projects,” Korhonen states.
