Instalco expands the Industrial area of the business in Finland

Instalco continues to expand its operations targeted at the industrial sector Finland. This has occurred through the acquisition of Dymont Installation Oy in Kauhajoki, which is situated in the region of south Ostrobothnia. The company focuses on both industrial and mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations and service.

Dymont has 57 employees and its sales for the most recent financial year were approximately SEK 52 million. The company’s end customers are primarily in the forest industry, as well as the timber, energy, steel and food industries.

“Dymont is a stable company with good profitability and ambitious growth plans for the future. Together with Dymont, we are now starting to seriously build up the Industrial area of Instalco Finland,” says Sami Vanhamäki, Business Area Manager for electrical at Instalco Finland.

The company has already been collaborating with the Instalco subsidiary, Kyrön Sähkö, in the past and now, as part of the same group, the two will be able to build upon that collaboration further, sharing both knowledge and customers. Dymont was founded in 2007 and it is run by the CEO, Ari Mäkela, and Project Manager, Kimmo Keto-Aro, both of whom will remain in their current roles after the acquisition.

“Joining Instalco opens up opportunities for realising our growth plans together with the other companies in the Group. “We also want to be a part of the journey of building up the Industrial business area of Instalco Finland,” says Ari Mäkela, CEO at Dymont.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Dymont Installation Oy as of 17 November 2022.
