Instalco grows in Norway and expands its heating and plumbing business

 

Instalco continues its expansion in Norway. A new company in the group is the heating and plumbing company Andersen og Aksnes Rørleggerbedrift, with some 30 employees and sales of approximately NOK 100 million. The acquisition complements previous acquisitions in the Oslo region and strenghthens Instalco’s offering in the market for technical installations in Asker and Oslo.

”With the acquisition of Andersen og Aksnes, our position in Norway and Olso in particular is further strengthened. Since its inception, Andersen og Aksnes has been growing steadily with favourable profitability. We also see good possibilities for co-operations between Andersen og Aksnes and our other companies in the Oslo region”, says Per Sjöstrand, CEO of Instalco.

Andersen og Asknes was founded in 2004 and has since the start had a stable organic growth with favourable profitability. The company has an office in Asker and runs projects in most parts of the Oslo region. The company’s geographical position enables a close co-operation with the rest of Instalco’s companies in the Oslo region. The owners of Andersen og Aksnes will remain in their current roles and Roger Aksnes will continue as CEO.

It will be exciting to open up new co-operations with the existing companies of Instalco. Through this we also ensure that we get the support we need to be able to continue to grow. . This change in ownership will not comprise any changes in our organization or current projects”, says TRoger Asknes, CEO of Andersen og Aksnes.
