Instalco now established in Blekinge

Instalco is now represented in Blekinge, following the acquisition of the two sister companies, Elinstallationer i Karlshamn AB and Lampans Elinstallationer AB in Karlskrona. Their combined annual sales are approximately SEK 95 million.

Both companies offer electrical installations via contracting and service assignments. They are also active in the areas of TV and satellite, data and fibre, as well as security installations. Service installations are offered to individuals, industries, private companies and the public sector.

“Blekinge is an area where Instalco has not been represented in the past. With the acquisition of Elinstallationer i Karlshamn and Lampans Elinstallationer, we break new ground in a new geographic area that is very interesting to us,” says Patrik Persson, Business Area Manager for Instalco South.

Elinstallationer i Karlshamn and Lampans Elinstallationer separate legal entities, but they are essentially run as one company, where the branch office, Elinstallationer Kristianstad-Åhus is also included. Together, they have around 80 employees.

The founder, owner and CEO of both companies is Fredrik Jönsson and he will remain in his current position at the companies.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Elinstallationer i Karlshamn AB and Lampans Elinstallationer AB, as of 26 May 2021.
