Rodens Värme & Sanitet becomes part of Instalco

Instalco acquires the heating and plumbing company Rodens Värme & Sanitet AB. Through the acquisition, Instalco strengthens its position in northern Stockholm and establishes a presence in the area of Roslagen.

Rodens has broad competence in heating and plumbing and we see good opportunities for cooperation projects in the Stockholm region”, says Per Sjöstrand, CEO of Instalco.

Rodens Värme & Sanitet AB was founded in 2003 by Torbjörn Klaréus who will remain in the company and also become part-owner in Instalco.

“We are a heating and plumbing company that works with all types of piping, from large contracts to service. With Instalco we get a platform from which we can grow, while at the same time being able to keep our profile and working methods. Rodens’ business and quality mindset will continue as before”, says Torbjörn Klaréus, CEO of Rodens.
