Rörgruppen to carry out heating and plumbing installations in NCC’s new head office

Instalco’s subsidiary Rörgruppen has been awarded a contract to carry out heating and plumbing installations in NCC’s new head office in Solna. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 50 million.

The head office will be built in Järva Krog, Solna, and represents the start of a major development of the area, where three new city blocks with offices, restaurants, service and residential properties are planned. The building where NCC's head office will be located consists of approximately 20,000 square meters of leasable area and is expected to be completed in 2019.
