The acquisition of Highcon completed

The acquisition Highcon AB has today been completed following the approval from the Swedish Competition Authority. The company with a turnover of approximately 325 million conducts its business in leasing and installation of scaffolding structures for the industry.

“With the acquisition of Highcon, we continue pursuing our strategy of growing the Industrial business area and with Highcon we see great opportunities to create synergies for our industrial companies. The fact that it is established in the northern part of Sweden is another plus, given the industrial market that exists and are planned there, says Robin Boheman, CEO of Instalco.

Highcon, based in Härnösand, has about 120 employees and operates throughout most of northern Sweden. Instalco will acquire 70 percent of the shares in Highcon AB as of 8 April.
