The two Finnish companies Uudenmaan LVI-Talo and Uudenmaan Sähköteknikka JP join the Instalco group

Instalco sees attractive opportunities to grow in Finland and strengthens its offering by acquiring Uudenmaan LVI-Talo, active in plumbing, heating and ventilation, and the electrical company Uudenmaan Sähköteknikka. Together with previously acquired Voltmen, Instalco gets a broad platform in Finland from which it can offer competitive multi-disciplinary solutions.

Plumbing, heating and ventilation company Uudenmaan LVI-Talo Oy currently has some 50 employees and sales of SEK 120 million. The electrical company Uudenmaan Sähköteknikka JP has some 35 employees and sales of SEK 45 million.

“For quite some time, we have wished to strengthen our presence in Finland and the expanding Helsinki region. With LVI-Talo and Sähköteknikka, we get expertise in heating, plumbing, ventilation and electricity. Both companies have grown with solid profitability and have corporate cultures that fit Instalco.
