Instalco acquires Forsséns Elektriska

Instalco will acquire Forsséns Elektriska AB in Södertälje, thereby growing the business in the area of control technology and automatics. The company specialises in automation installations in sensitive environments like hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Forsséns Elektriska was established in 1979 and the company has 40 employees. For the most recent financial year it reported sales of approximately SEK 65 million. Forsséns focuses on electrical solutions in the area of control technology and automatics for industrial and pharmaceutical processes, as well as property automation.

“Forsséns is a very reputable, well-run company with the right kind of leadership that makes it a nice fit with the Instalco culture. By acquiring Forsséns, we gain high expertise in control technology and automatics and in particular, they become a natural partner for our subsidiary, JN El in Södertälje, says Tobias Eriksson, Business Area Manager for Instalco Stockholm.

The company works with both new construction and renovation projects, frequently as a subcontractor in major construction projects. Their largest customers are Nordomatic and Lindinvent.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Forsséns Elektriska AB as of 5 July 2021.
