Instalco acquires two sister companies in Karlskoga
Instalco is acquiring KaVP Vent & Plåt AB and Karlskoga Tak AB with the intention of merging them into Instalco’s subsidiary, VentPartner Sverige AB. The acquisition both expands and strengthens Instalco’s position in Örebro County.
The two sister companies have combined annual sales of around SEK 30 million, with 17 employees.
KaVP is a sheet metal and ventilation company that was established in 1990. It serves both companies and private households, offering sheet metal, ventilation and insulation installations. Its customers include municipalities and construction companies, along with property companies and industrial firms, such as Laxåhem and Saab Dynamics.
“For some time now, we’ve been investigating ways of expanding VentPartner’s operations in the area around Karlskoga. The business focus and mature leadership of KaVP makes it the perfect solution,” says Ulf Bergquist, Business Area Manager for Instalco West.
“Together with VentPartner and Instalco, we can become an even stronger player in the market, and this gives us new opportunities for further developing KaVP,” says Stefan Olsson, CEO at KaVP.
The sister company, Karskoga Tak AB was established in 2009 and it offers roofing solutions for new production and renovation projects.
Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in KaVP Vent & Plåt AB and Karlskoga Tak AB as of 10 June 2021.
