Instalco is expanding its offering in scaffolding

Instalco has signed an agreement to acquire Enter Ställningar AB, thereby strengthening and expanding its offering of scaffolding in the industrial segment. Enter Ställningar has a full service offering in construction and industrial scaffolding.

The company has approximately 120 employees and serves customers is southwestern Sweden, with its head office in Gothenburg. For the most recent financial year, Enter Ställningar had sales of approximately SEK 340 million. The company’s offering includes drawings, calculations, assembly and leasing of scaffolding.

“The acquisition of Enter Ställningar is in line with our strategy of growing stronger in the industrial segment and we see great opportunities for synergies with our other Instalco companies. Enter Ställningar will be an excellent complement to our existing scaffolding company, Highcon as regards geographic presence and a sharing of both expertise and resources,” says Johan Larsson, Head of Division for Instalco North.

Enter Ställningar originates from Olofsson & Hansson AB, a company that was established in 1951. Today, it is part of the Granitor Group.

The acquisition is conditional, pending approval from the Swedish Competition Authority. Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Enter Ställningar AB, with expected completion in March.
