Instalco strengthens its position in fibre installation

Instalco is acquiring TelePatrol OY in Finland and thereby strengthening its position in the installation of fibre, data and networks. The company is located in Tuusula, just north of Helsinki. It has annual sales of approximately SEK 48 million and around 30 employees.

TelePatrol OY was established in 1997 and it is specialised in installation and service of telecommunications, data networks, fibre and radio. Its sales are primarily project-based, and the main customers are construction companies, telecommunications network operators and electricity companies.

“There is a strong underlying demand in the fibre market in Finland. Together with TelePatrol, we are strengthening our position in the fibre and data network area. TelePatrol has been collaborating with several Instalco companies, such as Telefuusio, for quite some time, which is something we will now be able to develop further,” says Sami Vanhamaki, Business Area Manager for electrical installations, Instalco Finland.

TelePatrol has its head office at Tuusula, which is just north of Helsinki. It also has branch offices at Hyvinkää and Rovaniemi, since the company serves customers throughout Finland.

Instalco will acquire 100 percent of the shares in TelePatrol OY as of 20 January 2023.
