Two Instalco companies in collaboration for a new assignment in Ilmala, Helsinki

Two Finnish Instalco companies are involved in the construction of an innovative office building in Helsinki. Uudenmaan Lvi-Talo and Milvent have been commissioned to install piping, heating, cooling and ventilation in Ilmalan Aura in close collaboration. The assignment is to be carried out during 2023-2024 and has an order value of approximately SEK 60 million.

The five-story office building Ilmalan Aura, of approximately 17,000 square meters, is to be completed in 2024. The property's adaptable floor plans and versatile services are designed to meet the working life of the future.

The assignment includes installations of piping, heating, cooling and ventilation and is done on behalf of the construction company Hartela. The ambition is for the project to become classified as a Sustainable Instalco Project.
